Delete layer

Hello,
I have several identical layers on the map with different paths, but I would like to delete only one of them depending on which path I would choose. Does anyone know how?

Yes I know this but I don't know how to divide the layers by path.

What about using "List By Data Source" in the table of contents, would that help?
