Customize the Quick Access Toolbar

Hello everyone, 

I use ArcgISPro and I would like to enhance the "ergonomics" to fit my workflow. My main issue - in order to do this -  is the size and accessibility of the Quick Access Toolbar which is located far from the work area with small icons.

Do you have a solution to customize this bar or otherwise by creating a new one which could, for example, stand out (floating bar?)  like the pane/sidebar do appear ?
