I was wondering if I could get some help with a ArcGIS Pro questions. I recently used the Spatially Constrained Multivariate Clustering tool on block group data for the entire state of Illinois. I was specifically using total population, income, diversity index, and segmentation category in the Spatially Constrained Multivariate Clustering tool to generate similar groupings based on those four factors. I was very satisfied with the results, but I want to take it a step further and this is where I am struggling to find the best method. What I would like to do is split up these generated polygon clusters into smaller clusters based on total population being no higher that 100,000. Does anyone have an idea on the best path forward for generating those smaller sub clusters?
