Copying attachments from Hosted Feature Layer to database layer in Pro

Hello,

I have a hosted point feature class in Enterprise version 11.1 that has image attachments.

In ArcGIS Pro version 3.1, I created a new point feature class in a database. I want to copy the hosted feature points (including the images) into the database feature class.

In Pro, I have attached the hosted feature layer. Copying and pasting special will copy the point and attributes, but not the image attachments.

I have tried several different processing tools and export tools with no luck.  I noticed that my global id's between the hosted layer and the database layer points do not match which I'm assuming is causing the problem or part of the problem.

I feel that this is a simple thing to do in newer versions of Pro, but not in 3.1.

Does anyone have suggestions?

Thank you.

Thank you for the documentation! I was able to follow the steps without issue until about halfway through the instructions.  I'm going to work with my I.T. department to see if they can assist to get me over the remaining hurdles. I'm so close!  I think there are problems with my attachments table that's causing the issue.
