Converting DWG to Surface

I'm converting DWG/DXF files to a surface so that I can remove them from a large DTM to be discluded.

They are small areas but in a mountainous range and so every bit of elevation data counts.

I've tried two ways but neither brings in all of the data that the engineers want sme to include.

Original data below in two areas:

Attempt one:

Create TIN using points, line and polygon. As you can see from below, this does not include the earthworks/cut and fill, I was hoping it would take in the surface points but no joy.

Attempt two:

- Multipatch to Raster. This looks odd and again I obviously can't include anything outside of a multipatch so it's not taking in all of the elevation data available to it.

How can I incorporate all of the data? The main output is a surface where I can 'minus' it from the larger DTM.

Thanks

I worked this out. To incorporate the Surface points from the earthworks/cut and fill I removed the polygon from the TIN creation and only included lines and points.
