Con tool error 999999: A column was specified that does not exist / The table was not found / General Function Failure

I'm using the Con tool on a raster to convert a subset of the null values to 0 using a second raster with all 0 values. The rasters are very large and cover the extent of Hawaii, Alaska, and the continental US. My params are in the image below.
This exact same setup worked with a previous raster of a similar size however this one is giving me a few errors.
Has anybody run into these issues using the Con tool? Any thoughts?
