Hi. One of my colleagues encounters a problem when trying to login into ArcGIS Pro with her license. I tried to help on this matter but received an error message, as shown in the attachment file. The weird part regarding this license is that when I use it on my computer, I can log in to ArcGIS Pro without any problems. The license was extended from the 1st of March until the end of August. I don't know what else could cause this issue.

One thing I would check is if you're the administrator of your ArcGIS Online account, to the user's account and verify that their user type is GIS Professional with a Publisher user role. If it's anything other than GIS Professional, then ArcGIS Pro will not log in successfully.
