Clean Up Messy Alpha Band in Raster

Hi, I have an issue with a raster that has a messy alpha band. Alpha bands usually should have values of 0 and 255, and nothing else, but my raster has many values in between. 

How can I clean this up?

You will need to do a reclassification of the alpha band.

You can click the little folder next to the "Input Raster" and navigate to the raster file which contains the band you would like to reclassify. Double click on the raster data and it will expand the raster and show you the bands. You can select a single band as your input for reclassifying.

Once you generate a new raster layer, you can add it back by using the Composite Bands tool

Once the image has been composited it may glitch in ArcGIS Pro and become invisible when you enable the alpha band.

However if you bring it into QGIS it will look fine.

Alpha bands can have any value between 0-255. That's the whole point.  It's very common to use them for varying levels of transparency. Sounds like you want a mask band instead.
