Change color pallet for new layers added to ArcGIS Pro

When I add a new layer to a map ArcGIS Pro defaults to a pastel color which i think is hard to see.  Can we change the pallet of colors that ArcGIS randomly uses when we add new layers?

Three and a half years later, I'm having this problem too. ArcGIS Pro 3.4.2. Can't find a solution.
