Cant Open Existing Files in ArcGISPro 3.0

I just upgraded to ArcGIS Pro 3.0 and now I can't open existing files created in 2.9. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, this works for me. I just update Microsoft Access Database driver: (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/excel/prepare-to-work-with-excel-in-arcgis-pro.ht...).

+1 for updating the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable driver to solve this issue. I had the same problem and this is the fix Esri tech support recommended and it worked for me.
