Can the Esri world geolocating service be updated

Is it possible to submit corrections to update the Esri world geolocating service? For example, I have a street named Alexander Rd but the service has Alexander St. There are a number of these discrepancies in my city, and I would like to get them corrected.

Much data that gets reported is controlled by local resources, but this ESRI site that allows feedback through their community maps program may help you out.
