Can't save web layer that has been saved before

Hello!

I am working in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.0 in a map that I have downloaded from my AGOL portal. I am trying to update one layer on the map because I added a polygon to it. I right click on the layer, click Sharing, click Save Web Layer, and the Save Web Layer menu opens but the Analyze and Save buttons on the bottom are greyed out (I can't select them at all, see screenshot). I have restarted my ArcGIS Pro, I disconnected and reconnected my ArcGIS Pro to my AGOL account, I changed my date only field to a date field as that had given me a warning message before, I have checked other polygon layers and confirmed that I am able to Save Web Layer for them, and I have completely redownloaded the web map from my portal into my ArcGIS Pro then made some small changes just to test it was something I did when I added the polygon that messed everything up. Finally, I have also confirmed that I have the correct permissions to update the layer, even though this should not matter as I made the layer originally and I am the owner. I have previously been able to Save Web Layer for this layer without any issue! I have no idea why this is happening and all my searches online have not yielded solutions. Any insights or ideas would be much appreciated!

Hey @gracehanson

I've actually not heard of this method to save edits like this, if you're just adding a single polygon to the layer itself, would you be able to do this here:
