I have an attribute rules that's more trouble than its worth, so I'm trying to delete it. When I run the Delete Attribute Rule tool, is gives me ERROR 000499: table is not editable. Editing is on, it still says this. Also of note after it fails, it toggles editing back off. What gives?
Check your database connections, sounds like there's a lock preventing you from deleting it. We had to stop all services, then disconnect all connections before we could edit attribute rules.
