Can't create Feature Dataset in geodatabase

In the last 2 weeks I updated to ArcGIS Pro 2.6. Ever since I have not been able to create a new feature dataset in a file geodatabase through Pro's Catalog pane. I have this problem with brand new GDB's created with a new project, or when trying to add one to an existing GDB, however I can add a new feature dataset using ArcCatalog.

Is this feature something that was taken out with the new update, or is there a way to fix it?

Came in here to post that this is still a issue in 3.0.1 2 years after this post. People put your kudos on this. As a DB admin this is so annoying.
