assuming that is your user space, are there any spaces or punctuation in your user name?

I second this suggestion. Is there a SPACE at the end of the path name? or at the end of your Project Name?

Have you tried using a different Project Name?

Well if you have full control of your machine and not in some controlled environment, choose a new default location because it doesn't like where you want it to go, or it can't save there for some reason

Hi @SamehLamada

Are you able to make a folder in your C Drive called "Test" or "Temp" just as a test and create a new project pointing the pathway to the new folder in the C: Drive?

If you are still getting the same error message I would recommend a clean uninstall of ArcGIS Pro and reinstall a fresh copy from MyEsri to see if this makes a difference.
