CAD To Geodatabase Failed - The table name is invalid

I am getting the error "The table name is invalid" when attempting to use this tool.  I am not sure which table  its talking about but I have tried removing spaces and special characters from the input and output.  That didn't seem to make a difference so I put them all back to match the original name. 

If anyone has an idea what could be wrong please let me know.

I'm not 100% sure about this but try changing your file name to begin with a letter. Sometimes it doesn't like when files start with numbers.
