web layer published successfully but caching failed in ArcGIS Online!

Hello, I just tried to publish my multipatch 300 records that's about 24MB in .gdb
BUT it keeps caching failed.
I've tried searching related doc and it's all about setting the enterprise server instance (BUT mine is ArcGIS Online...)
or some doc said it can happen when the file is too large, so I tried to reduce my file from about 1GB to this 24MB but still not work.
Has someone ever got this problem?
