Blurry blob artifacts in Scene Animation

I am animating point and line features to show an animal's migration, and in a few places I get big blurry blobs around the point features. It seems to happen when the point is near the edge of a tile?
The blobs show up in arcGIS Pro Scene (in some frames), and in the preview frame, and in the final export (in more frames).
I've tried slightly adjusting the camera angle, but that didn't help. Any suggestions?
