I am new to using ArcGIS Pro and I am trying to assign values to specific geocoded addresses based on another dataset. I used the Kriging tool to create a raster surface of the values I want to assign to the specific addresses. Every time I try to use spatial join or intersect to find the value at the specific addresses, I get an Error000840 message saying the value is not a feature layer for the kriged surface. When I try to use the Make Feature Layer tool, I get the same error message for the kriged surface. I am not sure if I am using the correct tool in the first place. All I want to do is interpolate from the kriged surface the value at particular points with a 0.5 km buffer. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

To sample the kriged values at your points

Extract Values to Points (Spatial Analyst)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

But that will just give you a value at that point.

If you buffer your points by 500m to get polygons

Summarize Raster Within (Raster Analysis)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation
