Hi there, can anyone help me with this, please? I have a ArcGis Personal Use License and I have been trying to access the ArcgisPro, but it keeps showing me the I have a public account which doesn't allow the use of ArcGis Pro. Does anyone has faced this or have any clue on how to solve it? Thanks!
Good Moring – ArcGIS Pro is licensed through ArcGIS Online. In the ArcGIS Online subscription that was provided with your Personal Use, you can assign yourself the Pro license in the Licenses tab. Once you have assigned yourself the license, you will then be able to log into Pro with that username.

THE SCIENCE OF WHERE ®
Goof Morning, Manuel
First of all thanks for answering.
And yes, some how I figured it out at the same time a got your response that I should login via ArcGIS Online, But that is the trick my ArcGIS online is missing a section (The Organization button, just after contents) where I would be able to manipulate the licence. I so far still don’t know how to fix it or how to access it.
Please, let me know if you have any clue related to this issue
Thanks
