After the installation of ArcGIS Pro 3.4 is complete, the startup software stays on the initialization screen, and the login screen cannot be entered, and the software cannot be started. Various resets and app uninstalls were carried out as per the official documentation,All of the above steps have been tried, and the problem persists.How to fix it?
