ArcGIS Pro Reports

I am new to using the Report function in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.1

How do you make a multiple page report? I need to show information for each record, but each record contains more information than will fit on a single page.

I used the Page per Feature from the default ESRI template list.

I ran out of space as I added more items to the report. Eventually I got this message: "an element is larger than the available page space". 

I resized my Details section and was able to export. I must have done something else when I did this because my export added a blank page after each full page.

This seems like a simple, basic detail but I have not found any information in my searching.

Does 'Page per Feature' mean only one page per feature?

I will try a different template next.
