Have a working centroids table which plots. Exported the centroids XY to Excel and created a new and different CSV file using the centroid XY longitude and latitude. Then used Geoprocessing "XY table to point" tool to create new table and all table entries rejected. Errors 100160 and 000192.

000192: Invalid value for <value>.—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

What does the table look like?

The Excel file? It sounds like something went wrong at that step, eg. non-numeric entries, csv issues

Could you share a sample of the XLS and CSV files for us to have a look at?

The problem seems to be with the XY of the centroids. These were in WEB Mercator or UTM. IRENET95 is in UTM zone 29. When I converted the centroid XY to Latitude and Longitude the Latitude was off 10 degrees and the longitude off 1/2 degrees. So the centroid values were not valid.
