There really isn't much to go on here. What versions of ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro? What platform and versions for the enterprise geodatabase, e.g., SQL Server 2012 and ArcGIS 10.5.1 geodatabase?
I assume you are using the same database connection file, but it is good to state it explicitly. What are the connection properties of the database connection file, both database and geodatabase properties?
