I tried opening ArcGIS Pro and came up with this error when I tried logging using my ArcGIS account. This is the first time I came across this. How am I able to open Pro?
did you set it to work offline on another computer?

Benjamin, check out Tim's thread, it is protracted, but I have reset my license by ensuring I was logged into the same account as when I signed it out and I didn't need to contact tech support. As long as you are on the same computer, it suggests that you are either to use your My Esri or you AGOL account... can't remember, but you probably only have 2 that you would use
