I received a free 1-year subscription to an ArcGIS Pro licence as a retirement gift. I was given a link to access and I created a public account. I then downloaded/purchased ArcGIS Pro using the promo code (did not pay anything) and installed it in my laptop. I received the fulfillment and invoice from ESRI.
When I tried opening ArcGIS Pro, it is asking to access my ArcGIS onLine account. When I log in using my public account (which I created), I get the message that my account is not able to authorize ArcGIS Pro because it is a public account. it is askig for an organizational account.
I need help to set up an organizational account and properly install (authorize) my ArcGIS Pro licence so I can keep up with the technology.
