ArcGIS Pro- Hanging Session When Opening Project

Hey ArcGIS Pro Team,

We've discovered an issue with one of our pro projects. Upon opening the project we get the initial open layout to load but then the mouse just spins and spins and we're not able to do anything else in the project (everything is greyed out). Even closing the open layout does not help. We've tested opening this project across multiple machines and found the same issue. 

Any ideas what could be causing it?

Sounds like your project is corrupted.  The guy Brandon at the end of this thread seems to have an answer on how to restore it?

Create a new project and import the layers and check.
