Can anyone else duplicate this strange permission control?
1) Creator makes a feature service in ArcGIS Online. Enables editing, editor tracking, etc. Shares content with all their ArcPro Users.
2) We use soft deletes by using a field so we disable "delete" in the editing functions under "What kind of editing is allowed?"
3) ArcPro Users with Editor permission can do the majority of tasks but a Merge gives an error and they cannot merge polygons, lines, etc. ---> Is this because a merge is technically doing a "delete" then "merging the shapes in memory" --> then "Add"?
NOTE: This is has been happening for sometime now and I have not tested a merge and some other tools with "Delete" enabled.
