The app crashes on desktop after I login with my institutional Login. I resetted my profile like it says here (https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-desktop-installation-support-docs/resetting-your-arcgis-desktop...) but the issue still persists. I even reinstalled the application but nothing seem to help.
Hello @MujeebUrRahman , please can you check your computer meets the System Requirements for ArcGIS Pro.

If that does not help, please can you tell us a bit more about your system with details of the versions you are using, and how the crash manifests itself (eg with an error message, or by a lock-up, or by ArcGIS Pro disappearing completely etc)
Hi @ChrisUnderwood, I was using it before and it was working fine on this system. It was version 3 something. I uninstalled it and installed 2.9 but it has the same issue. When I login with my institutional credentials, the window just disappears without any trace.
System details:
I have the same problem on my desktop. I can login and open ArcGIS Pro just fine on my SurfacePro. I had my desktop in storage and ArcGIS Pro worked just fine before. I set the system up now and ArcGIS Pro dissappears after logon. I’ve tried every fix I could find online with no success.
P.S. Running Windows 11
Sign in through a browser window rather than through the app. Worked for me!
