Hi,
I'm having an issue in 3.4.0 where ArcPro is creating weird artifacts in multiple unique Projects. Take a look:
The 2nd image shows that it's creating these artifacts around the basemap as well-- not just the features I'm using.
This issue doesn't exist outside of ArcPro, leading me to think it's not a PC issue, such as a bad graphics card.
No idea what's happening, preventing me from asking intelligent questions.
Thanks for your help!

Thanks for confirming that an update via Intel Driver Support Assistant gives the latest driver with the bug fix. I'm working with support on a KB article for this problem - I'll be sure the author links to the Intel utility since Windows Update is notoriously bad at actually updating drivers.
One quick update from my side: It looks like it was just a temporary fix. Yesterday, when I worked in ArcGIS Pro, the issue came back, so I switched to DirectX11, and it looks like it's good now.
Below are the details of my driver:
Minsley,
Windows Update will (ironically) not actually update your GPU driver to the latest available. See my recommendation about Intel Driver Support Assistant, which below reply from Marius Verdes confirms will resolve the issue.

@JeremyWright I had IT upgrade the Graphics Driver and still have the issue with DirectX 12. Changing to DirectX 11 seems to be a functional work around.
Thanks Willard. I'll forward this information to our contact at Intel
There is a new version released 12/4 - I just updated my daily driver laptop with the intel utility. If you're still having trouble in DirectX12 after updateing to the 12/4 release, please let us know if it's reproducible with all maps or only with certain ones.
@JeremyWright I have this driver installed and switched back to DirectX 12, right now it looks like it working fine with my maps. I will come back if I see any issues.
Thanks.
Hi, I've been having this issue with 3.4 and DirectX12. Just updated to the 12/10 Intel driver, and I'm still getting the visual artifacts. It seems like it normally starts with the terrain map, but then every basemap is affected, and the issue gets progressively worse through time/switching basemaps.
Sara,
I spent some time attempting to replicate your results on my Intel Iris Xe laptop but was unable to with the 9/24 or 12/10 driver.
When you look in device manager under display adapters, and open the Intel Xe, what version is showing on the driver tab? (the full number)
Hi @JeremyWright, my driver version is 32.0.101.6325. I have been using DirectX 11 for the past month which has been an effective work-around. But I switched back to DirectX 12 now just to test it again, and as you can see, the problem persists for me under that rendering engine.
