Is this expected behavior?  In past versions, the Select by Attributes and the Select by Location tools docked. This is 2.6:

Here it is in 2.5.1:

Hi Joe,

Yes, that is expected at 2.6.  See the what's new doc What's new in ArcGIS Pro 2.6—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

Find a geoprocessing tool—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

So the floating window can't be docked, but you can always run GP tools the "normal" way through the gp pane - You just don't get the benefits of running in the floating window.

I always have the Geoprocessing tab docked to the right of the map, then put my frequently used tools there instead of using the ribbon.  The tools open up there without any further need for docking
