ArcGIS Pro 2.5: what does the number that appear with the output of tools performed inside a model builder indicate for?

 

 

For example, in the screenshot below, when applying the “weight overlay” tool, I observed that there are numbers that appear after the input rasters. What do these numbers indicate for?

No need Dan! Quite simple! I could get the answer from a similar idea in other posts.

 

The P raster has the number (2) because it appears in the CONTENT and MODEL! If it is removed from the content, then the number will be 1. It can be (3) if a new copy is taken for it

 

The same is for Q raster

They could be 1: if they are not added to the content pane

Or 2: if you add them to the content

Or 3: just to show how the number works!
