ArcGIS Pro 2.5: The cell value of “Euclidean distance” raster doesn’t match the measured aerial distance,

I observed that the measured aerial distance from the source to a center of a cell is not matching the value of Euclidean distance at that point

What could be the issue here?

Thanks Dan. Right, the distance is measured from the zero-value cell to the center of the target cell
