ArcGIS Pro 2.5: Is there an option to get the attribute table floated as it is open?

For example, in ArcMap, as the attribute table is open, it gets floated but not fixed in a particular place. How to have such behavior in Pro?

The four rules to successful GIS career

  1. right-click
  2. left-click
  3. double-click
  4. if what you are clicking on doesn't do what you want you are clicking wrong on the wrong thing

For a single table

To always float tables

Migration to Pro makes our life a bit hard. However, we still keep going

This answers my question

I’m not sure if there is an option to get the “fields” pane floating instead of being stacked by default with the attribute table,

Thanks Dan

I need this to be fixed at the level of options for Pro so that I avoid doing it each single time. From my screenshots above, it shows that I could get the “fields” pane floated.

I always have "stack addition views on top of the last active table view" checked on so I don't have a bunch of floating around. It is so easy to click back and forth between content and field view or if needed, I can float the field view.  In any event the table needs to be opened first before you can see the field view, so it may boil down to preference versus 'bug'

It is at the end of the day user preferences! People are not identical in how they prefer things to be
