I have been working with ArcGIS Desktop (mostly Pro, some ArcMap) and am interested in learning more about how to integrate its functionalities with Tableau (less familiar) or Alteryx (even less familiar). Are there ways to convert data from one to the other easily, and what kinds of enhanced capabilities have people had from integrating data between the two (mainly ArcGIS and Tableau)?

We provide a direction integration between Tableau and ArcGIS Server if that is of value and working on the same with ArcGIS online, see example demonstration here - Integeo - ArcGIS
we provide a capability to directly link tableau to ArcGIS Server and working on ArcGIS online, the attached link will provide access to a demo
