Arcade Expression to calculate Area and intersected feature class attributes

I have a requirement to calculate the field value of another feature class in a geodabase without  adding those in to the map area, They add a point from field maps app and point should check any intersected polygon around the point and if intersected, it should update the one of the field value with intersected polygon feature class field value. can we achieve this functionality using trigger concept in attribute rules? I have been working on this for an week . When I try to create an attribute rule and save, i am getting the below error .
