Arc Gis Pro 3.0 Using anchor tags in fields to open attachments

I am curious why in the pop up menu for Arc pro you can configure documents that are attached to be visible. How can you put anchor tags in fields instead of text? That was a client could click the text and it open the attached, document. The anchor tag has to open the appropriate attached pdf. There is no other option for any share folder. Please see below image. Thank you
