Pro is very confusing. After phantom mouvement, now, if i click somewhere like save, catalog, screen etc, the result is the same, the opening of the Layout Properties window.
A way to check project since more I use my project, more problem I have with Pro.

That's really unfortunate. Maybe you could document it and with the Esri Technical Support (not sure if the issue is reproducible).
Meanwhile, could you check if resetting ArcGIS Application Profile (ArcGIS Pro) works for you?
A repair and a reinstallation (clean uninstall followed by installation) would be the next possible options.

Thanks, I suppose I need to delete the folder in AppDataRoamingEsri and AppDataLocalESRI?
Either delete or rename.
