3D Pipeline drawing with known angles, distances, and azimuth

Hello,

I have csv with specs for a pipeline, with known angles, distances, and azimuths. I also know the beginning coordinate. For example:

Distance  (m)	Bend Angle  (deg)	Bend Direction	Distance (delta)	Azimuth
0	0		0	180
6.026	45	Down	6.026	180
9.883	45	Up	3.857	180
18.173	15	Left	8.29	180

Is there a function in ArcGIS Pro to say create me a pipeline feature using these specs?
