Give Arcade access to the $datastore in the Visualization profile, so that Arcade can be used to create a sort of Display Filter based on other data in the datastore.
This would provide a way to avoid joins that are currently required to use definition queries or the existing display filter capabilities that only work on the subject feature class’ attribute table.
