Sort tool — Nulls first or last

Regarding the Sort geoprocessing tool:

I would like to sort fields that have nulls; I want to specify if the nulls should come first or last in the sorted field. Ascending or descending doesn't give me full control over whether the nulls come first or last, while still sorting the field as needed.

Could that functionality be added? For example, add an additional picklist called Nulls, where the pick list values are First or Last.
