Show text box preview while resizing in layout

When resizing a rectangle text in layout, the rendering of the text disappears while resizing the box. I suggest that while I appreciate the speed of this operation, placing some of these boxes and labels in a layout are the finishing touches and it would be helpful to see a preview of the box being resized "live" while resizing. My current workflow is to resize a little, check, resize again, check, whoops, made it to small, resize again until I get things just the way I want it to be.
