PRO produces a meaningful message when project file area runs out of space

Had a situation where a users was trying to open a project for the online Pro course. If they double clicked on the project Pro would start up, indicate that it was opening the project and then nothing else would happen. If you then went to the open project icon and navigated to the project to open it you would get this error: "The .....ppkx project file does not exist in its last saved location: ....".
Not very useful.
At The City each user has a network area for storing user specific data. This allows you to log onto any PC and still have your personal settings. The amount of space is limited and as it happens the user had run out of space.
Would be nice if Pro provided an error for this situation.
