Page Query on Layer in Map Frame Within Report

I am generating a report that features an attachment of a photo location inside the details section of my report. Alongside the attachment frame I have added a map frame that shows the full extent of my project area. I would like to show on the map where the attachment photo was captured. To do this I envision some sort of dynamic highlight of my photo location point to appear all while maintaining the same map extent. For example, the only photo location point that would display on my map would be for the one showing the adjacent attachment. It would be similar to an extent indicator, however, contingent on the feature class being used in the report generation. Perhaps more similarly to a page query on a layer to match the map series.
