I have a large number of students working on laptops, and lots of them have issues doing basic things like clicking OK on dialog boxes. Pro makes the minimum size very tall, making the OK/Cancel/Apply and even commands in certain cases cut off the bottom of their screen. My workaround for them is to temporarily adjust their display scaling, but this is pretty tedious.

The box could be made much more compact. I believe Network Analyst (just as an example) was smaller in ArcMap.
@wayfaringrob curious what is the screen resolution? Pro Minimum is 1024x768
@AyanPalit The problem isn't screen resolution, it's scaling. I had one student show me - their screen resolution was 1920x1080.
Thanks for the information @wayfaringrob. Sorry, one further clarification question to make sure we understand the problem completely: When you say "scaling", does your student have their Windows display setting set to something above 100%?
Or if not, could you explain in more detail what you mean by "scaling" so we can attempt to reproduce the student's exact situation? Thanks.
@MelindaMorangyes, that scaling. I'm finding that the default for a lot of Windows laptops these days is 125 or 150.
I had similar issues with scaling in ArcMap back in the day on a big touchscreen in a meeting room. The scaling in ArcMap was pretty wacky. Some elements scaled correctly, others were comically small. I haven't tried with Pro, since I don't have access to that touchscreen anymore, but it's a scenario that Esri could consider.
Also, we have a virtual computer lab that many students use where the screen resolution/scaling is not modifiable. The Network Analyst window doesn't fit on the screen, even at its minimum size. I am not sure why it's necessary for the window to be so large, especially in conditions like below, where it's mostly blank space.
