Please allow extent indicators to be moved lower in the display. They are currently displaying on top of all other map layers, covering anything beneath them. A suggested workaround has been to use transparency so readers can see what's under the indicator but this isn't always a good solution.
I have a map with county boundary outlines and annotation. I'd like the indicator to display underneath these items. Readers can still get a sense of where the extent is but still read the annotation and see the county boundaries clearly. Right now, I solved the problem using a feature layer but it would have been much easier to use an extent indicator for this.
