It would be great if Esri would integrate Plus Codes into their products. Plus code geocoders, routing, and even geometry calculation tools would be very useful. Although developed by Google, the technology has been open sourced through the Open Location Code Library, and it seems Esri could play a big role in the wide-spread adoption of plus codes.

The drawback here is that W3W goes a very different direction.
Esri Canada has had a project requiring using Plus Code with ArcGIS Pro. In that context, I have created a geoprocessing tool to support that. It is not as good as having a core product, but hopefully that helps. Repo here: https://github.com/fabanc/arcgis-plus-code-generator
Hi Everyone! I was able to create a tool that generates plus codes and unique building IDs based on point or polygon geometry. Thanks to @FabienAncelinNCR for giving me a great start on this.
Please let me know if you have any issues or comments. Thanks!
