In the Export Raster Data window, which is activated by right-clicking a raster layer in the TOC, the Tab order is not linear. Rather, the cursor bounces apparently randomly across the window each time you hit the Tab key. This is sloppy and makes it difficult to navigate the window without a mouse.
Also, it appears when exporting a raster, you can clip to graphics and output file formats, such as .bil. However, you apparently cannot clip to selected features. Alternately, it appears that Extract to Mask will not allow output such as .bil.
