From the Army Geospatial Data Modeling Team:
Users working with attribute tables frequently need to toggle between viewing coded value domains and subtype descriptions; these users could benefit greatly from a hot key function or button to perform this operation. The current process requires a four click process of selecting the menu button, selecting appearance, checking or un-checking the “display coded value domain and subtype descriptions” box and selecting OK button. This display coded value domain and subtype descriptions features toggle function is so frequently used it should be directly accessible from the attribute table window. This direct access could be achieved through hot key functions displayed next to the toggle button in the table Appearance window (Example 3) or a toggle button or switch on the table ribbon (Example 4).

Even though this was submitted for ArcMap, I think it still applies to Pro. There are fewer clicks required in Pro, but a OOTB keyboard shortcut or similar would still help.
