In ArcGIS Pro, you have the option to add metadata and accessibility tags to a PDF export. It would be lovely if the information that you enter the first time you export a PDF is somehow cached so that it will automatically be populated when you need to export it again in the future.
Using screenshots to explain, here is what I filled out for my PDF export the first time:
If I need to make a minor change to the layout and then export it again, this is what the Accessibility tab shows:
I'm not sure what would be involved with caching the metadata, but at the very least, it would be nice to have the option to check "Include accessibility tags" by default.
yes or better read it from the layout metadata
I have created an idea asking for the pdf metadata to be sourced from the layout properties metadata here (https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-ideas/source-pdf-metadata-from-layout-metadata/idi-p/165804...) if you'd like to check it out and add your support.
